4. Course Enrollment, Payment, and Fees
Enrollment in our courses requires full or partial payment as specified at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in the currency indicated on the website. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you choose. Failure to pay any due amount within 7 days of the payment deadline may result in suspension or cancellation of your enrollment without further notice. Alpha Language Centre reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of up to 30% per annum or the maximum permitted by law. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
5. Course Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, course materials, and software, are the intellectual property of Alpha Language Centre or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Alpha Language Centre.
6. Learning Outcomes and Examination Disclaimer
Participation in courses and completion of learning modules do not guarantee passing any formal examination or certification beyond those issued directly by Alpha Language Centre. While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, individual learning results vary. You acknowledge that your progress depends on your effort and commitment, and Alpha Language Centre makes no guarantees regarding exam success.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services responsibly and ethically. You shall not:
Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Services or the servers hosting them.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, data, or systems.
Use the Services to solicit business or commercial activities without prior authorization.
8. Data Privacy and Rights
